Flexapharm^® SBC S

Flexapharm® SBC S series is a symmetrical structure consisting of two polyvinyl chloride films (PVC) each laminated to a polyethylene (PE) layer with a core of super barrier PVDC coating. The PVC layers are the skins of the structure. The product is designed for thermoformable pharmaceutical, animal health, health care, and other applications requiring high barrier to moisture, oxygen and other gases. This product is FDA, EU, USP and EP compliant.

Available in clear, white. 200 µm / 7.5 mil PVC and 300 µm / 12 mil PVC may be substituted for 250 µm / 10 mil PVC. Custom coating weight SBC available upon request.
