Employee Relief Fund
The TekniGives Employee Relief Fund was created to help TekniPlex employees facing financial hardship following a Qualified Hardship. The Relief Fund is focused on supporting regular full- and part-time employees experiencing financial hardship due to circumstances related to Qualified Hardships, including but not limited to:
- Global pandemics: COVID-19 or future pandemic
- Natural or human disasters: severe storms, hurricanes and tropical storms, floods, wildfires, earthquakes, droughts, industrial accidents, shootings, acts of terrorism, incidents of mass violence
- Damage to residence: fire, flood, storm damage, to the extent not covered by private insurance
- Employee injury or illness: accepted absences as defined by local regulations in excess of seven (7) consecutive work days
- Employee death
