Wayne, Pa. (March 21, 2018) — Tekni-Plex, Inc., a globally-integrated manufacturer of packaging materials, medical compounds and tubing, announced the promotion of John Seifert to chief financial officer.
Previously, Seifert was the vice president of finance and replaces Glenn Fish, who was recently promoted to chief operating officer.
“During his seven-year-tenure at Tekni-Plex, John has been a tremendous partner and advisor to me, and to our business leaders. John has successfully led our financial planning and analysis, supported debt financing transactions and assisted with the sale of our business twice to new financial sponsors. He has been involved in multiple M&A transactions and significant capital expenditures, as well as ERP system implementation to help drive our growth. John is collaborative and extremely knowledgeable about our business,” said Paul Young, president and chief executive officer, Tekni-Plex.
Prior to joining Tekni-Plex in 2012, Seifert held various senior roles in both private and public companies including Reading Entertainment Inc., InfraSource Inc. and Taurus Aerospace. John holds a Bachelor’s of Science in finance from Lehigh University.
