PurePlast, Inc., a Tekni-Plex Company and ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer of rigid PVC film for a variety of consumer markets, offers PureThermTM 3007C EV5, a high quality, solvent-free laminated structure that is designed specifically for the packaging of food and healthcare products.
As part of Tekni-Plex’s global strategy to provide today’s most innovative and reliable packaging solutions, this multilayer structure incorporates a layer of EVOH, which is combined with PVC in the base web. It is manufactured to meet the stringent requirements of the FDA and CFIA. PureThermTM 3007C EV5 provides high oxygen barrier, has very good clarity and deep draw properties, and is available in clear or opaque, as well as specialty tints. To meet customers’ varying needs, PureThermTM 3007 EV5 is offered in a wide range of PVC thicknesses (5 – 40 mil), and accepts both permanent and peelable lidstock.
The PureThermTM 3007C EV5 structure from PurePlast:
- Effectively serves as an alternative to cardboard boxes and bags, offering transparency and high clarity.
