Tekni-Plex announces lender conference call
Tekni-Plex, Inc. has announced that it will be holding its first semi-annual conference call with lenders of its First-Lien Term Loan debt, as required under the First-Lien Term Loan Credit Agreement, today at 2:00pm EST. The presentation being provided to the lenders will be posted to the Company’s website at www.tekni-plex.com/financials as an exhibit to the Current Report dated February 24, 2011.
